The six-member boy group ‘Black Level’ leads by the vocalist Uin. The group comprises Uin, Intae, Hosu, Ze: U, and the former Seven O’clock members Taeyoung and Younghoon.
With their mini album ‘New-Start,’ the group debuted on February 26, 2022. Before that, on November 2021, they were seen in a short dance cover of “Domino” by Stray Kids along with Chanha, who, a month after, left the group because of his health issues.

The nine-member boy group BLANK2Y (tentatively named KEYSTONE BOYZ) with the mini album ‘K2Y I: Confidence [Thumbs Up]’ debuted on May 24, 2022.
Before their debut, the group members Youngbin, Louis, Donghyuk, Siwoo, Mikey, U, Sodam, DK, and Sungjun were consecutively officially revealed by the CEO, Sam Choi.
The group is named “Black” and “Key” with the ambition to be the key to opening up the blank space within people. The following mini album ‘K2Y II: Passion [Fuego]’ was released on August 24.

On January 3, 2022, the powerful girls’ group made their debut with the digital single “Step Back” they made their debut. Under SM’s ‘Girls On Top’ project, the group consists of seven members.
The female members are Taeyeon, the leader, and Hyoyeon from Girls’ Generation, BoA or “the Queen of K-pop,” Seulgi and Wendy from Red Velvet, and Karina (the former leader) and Winter from aespa.

On a special contract upto July 2024, the girl group was formed through the competitive girl group 2021 reality show, Girls Planet 999.
The top nine girls from the show made their debut consecutively Kim Chaehyun, Huening Bahiyyih, Choi Yujin, Kim Dayeon, Seo Youngeun, Kang Yeseo, Ezaki Hikaru, Sakamoto Mashiro, and Shen Xiaoting.
The group debuted on January 3, 2022, with their first mini album, First Impact. The one number in the name has a history behind it. It signifies the unity among the members as one from many or nine.
VIVIZ – BPM Entertainment
The small group with three members debuted on February 9, 2022. The members are Eunha, SinB, and Umji. The group made its first appearance with the mini album Beam of Prism.
The group’s name formed from “VIVId dayZ,” hoping to position them as artists having the confidence to express their colors.

Having the leader Lew, Hanbin, Hyungseop, Hyuk, Eunchan, Hwarang, and Taerae, the group debuted with the mini album It’s Me, It’s We. The seven-member boy group first appeared on March 2, 2022.

The seven-member girl group was first revealed in a 2021 teaser titled “Blind Package” and then in 2021 JYP’s second teaser. The members were then revealed through the covers.
The members Lily, Haewon, Sullyoon, Jinni, Bae, Jiwoo, and Kyujin, debuted on February 22, 2022, with the single album “Ad Mare.” The name is grouped from “N” and “Mix,” aiming to bring up the new combination for the new era.
Mamadol – CJENM
The six-member girl group Kahi, Jungah, Byul, Yang, Eunji, Hyun Jyuni, and Sunye formed through the tvN reality show Mama The Idol. They debuted with the digital single “Mama The Idol.”
The short termed project showed up from January 28, 2022, to February 4, 2022.
TAN – Think Entertainment
The seven-member boy group debuted with the mini album Limited Edition ‘1TAN’ on March 10, 2022.
Consisting of the most vigorous members Changsun, Jooan, Jaejun, Sunghyuk, Hyunyeop, Taehoon, and Jiseong TAN or To All Nations announced the name of their fan club as SODA (Special, Oxygen, Dynamic, and Adorable).

Kazuha, under Big Hit Music founder Bang Si-hyuk and Hong Eun-Chae, the former student of Def Dance School, along with Kim Ga-ram, formed a sextet which was removed after the termination of her exclusive contract.
Possessing the anagram of the phrase “I’m Fearless,” the group comprises five members Sakura, Kim Chae-won, and Huh Yun-jin, from the reality competition series Produce 48.
The group debuted on May 2, 2022, with their first extended play, ‘Fearless.’
