Ize Press is expanding its lineup of Korean webtoons in print. During the Yen Press Industry Panel at New York Comic Con on Friday, the publisher revealed two upcoming titles: Regas and Eat Before You Go. Neither has a release date or preorder details yet.
Regas: A Prince, a Dragon’s Blessing, and a Caretaker
Regas is an ongoing fantasy boys’ love webtoon illustrated by Daengmeong and adapted by Lee kkeut from samk’s original story. It takes place in a kingdom where members of the royal bloodline inherit the blessings of a dragon.
The central figure is a crown prince whose extraordinary abilities have come at a heavy price: his sanity. Abel, a Regas trained specifically to calm cold-hearted rulers, is assigned to look after him. As political tension builds around them, Abel slowly begins teaching the prince about the world beyond his troubled mind.
The series has passed two million views across Lezhin, Tappytoon, Manta, and Tapas.
Eat Before You Go: A Hero Who Becomes a Chef
Eat Before You Go is illustrated by “the Bichon” and adapted by Kim Haema from Ko Doo Yeol’s original story. Its hero, Miro Laikas, spends 30 years fighting to defeat a demon lord before finally returning to Earth. What he finds is a home overrun by monsters.
Rather than go back to a life of battle, Miro opens a restaurant, using monster parts as his ingredients. The series blends fantasy, cooking, and slice-of-life storytelling as Miro runs his kitchen, raises a baby dragon, and occasionally faces dangerous foes. Published digitally on WEBTOON, it has racked up more than eight million views.
What Readers Can Expect from Ize Press Latest Lineup
Both titles show the range of Korean webtoons now finding a place on bookshelves, from tense royal drama and romance to a comforting, food-focused adventure. Fans who have followed the series online will soon be able to collect them in print, though they will need to wait for Ize Press to share release schedules and preorder information.
