In-game radio has always been one of the most recognizable parts of the Grand Theft Auto series, and Grand Theft Auto VI aims to make it the biggest yet. Rockstar Games has revealed six stations from Leonida’s airwaves, covering styles from classic rock to talk radio.
The sixth entry adds something new: on-demand podcasts. Jason and Lucia can tune in to radio and podcasts not only in vehicles but also on foot, using newly introduced headphones and earbuds paired to their smartphones.
Six GTA 6 Radio Stations Worth Knowing During the Game
- Cocoteo FM celebrates modern Latin music, with hosts El Martillo and La Gata mixing bachata, merengue, dembow and reggaeton.
- Back Country Radio is the home of renegade country. Hosts MW and Delta Dawne broadcast to the Grassrivers and Port Gellhorn, with reports from roving correspondent Mud Dog Mike aboard his airboat.
- AfroBank FM features Burna and Palmsy, who curate African music from 20th-century classics and hidden gems to modern sounds such as amapiano and 3-step.
- The Chamber 106.6 is for metal fans. DJ Kerry and DJ Tom play decades of anthems that reflect Leonida’s deep metal roots.
- Flash FM is a Vice City institution for pop music. Robyn and Alex keep listeners dancing wherever they are in the Goodtime State.
- Dirty South Classics closes out the lineup with Trick and Trina, who spin regional rap and hip-hop from the beach to the block.
