Who Is Behind A Returner’s Magic Should Be Special
The new season comes from studio Arvo Animation. Taishi Kawaguchi returns as director, Takamitsu Kono handles series composition, Hiromi Kato designs the characters, and Kenta Higashioji composes the music.
For anyone new to the series, the setup is bleak. Humanity has been nearly wiped out by the powerful Shadow Worlds, and six heroes fought to save the planet and lost. Desir, one of the last surviving mages, is then thrown back 13 years in time. Armed with knowledge of the terrible future, he gets a chance to rewrite history.
With the dub landing on the same day as the original, viewers can choose whichever language they prefer from the very first episode of the new season.
