Jujutsu Kaisen is going strong in 2021. The battles are bloodier and fans get to see more one vs one battle among Jujustu Sorcerers and Curse spirits. The latest Kyoto exchange event also shed light on some new characters and their battle style. From Panda to todo, Jujutsu Kaisen doesn’t shy away from crushing skulls to cutting legs.
In regard to the violent nature of Jujutsu Kaisen, otakusmart brings you the top 6 one vs one battle in Jujutsu Kaisen.
Yuji Itadori vs. Aoi Todo
The fight between Itadori and Todo was the best fight I’ve ever seen in the series. Todo’s superhuman strength and Yuji’s divergent fist clash in the second part of Jujutsu Kaisen where the exchange event between the first year and third year takes place inside a forest. Todo uses brute strength and crushes Itadori’s face with multiple strikes. Itadori gets up and a beautiful display of strength, technique, and fighting take place between the two fighters.
Sukuna VS Curse Womb
The fight between Sukuna and Curse Womb is the bridge that connected Jujutsu Kaisen with its fandom. After Itadori’s hand was severed from the impeccable speed of the Curse Womb, Sukuna takes over his body and with a single hand, he cruises Curse Womb in the ground. In the next moment, he takes down the entire bridge with a single kick on Curse Womb’s face. While falling down, Curse Womb tries to hold Sukuna by the leg, but Sukuna detaches his arm while floating in the air. This is also the first time we see Sukuna using a domain expansion known as Malevolent Shrine.
Itadori Vs Mahito
The fight between Itadori and Mahito was the most satisfying battle in Jujutsu Kaisen. While killing Junpei, Mahito teases Itadori and he got what he deserves. Itadori punches him with his full strength and breaks through the spirit barrier used by Mahito. Thanks to Sukuna, Mahito’s idle transformation doesn’t work on Itadori and while our hero is stapped by Mahito’s extended body parts, the young sorcerer headbutts him multiple times and making him unconscious on the battlefield. Though he didn’t kill the Curse spirit this fight highlights the violent nature of Jujutsu Kaisen.
Megumi Fushiguro Vs Aoi Todo
In our list of the top 5 one vs one battles in Jujutsu Kaisen, the fight between Megumi Fushiguro and Aoi Todo takes the best place as two people of opposite fighting style brawl out with strength and powers. Todo asks a simple question to Megumi about his ideal women and the nerdy boy gives a vague answer.
Todo, who is the representative of the liking women, gets angry and slams Megumi on the road. After the first slam, Todo rampages throughout the school and slams Megumi everywhere, bleeding to him a near-death situation. This fight is the evidence of Todo’s brute strength and Megumi’s enduring powers.
Gojo vs Jogo
Gojo sensei is the strongest Jujustu Sorceror in the series and by strongest I mean, the only strongest. While we don’t know Gojo’s past or how he got that strong, we do know about his Cursed Technique – Infinite Void. Also, the invisibility layer that exists between Gojo, and the rest of the universe is something to be afraid of. Gojo possesses multiple curse techniques and multiple other powers too.
Towards the end of the fight, Jogo uses his domain expansion called Coffin of the iron mountain. To that, Gojo unwraps his eyes and uses his domain expansion within the Coffin of the iron mountain. In the middle of a lava-like domain, Gojo cracks jokes and pays no attention to Jogo.
The mere ignorance indicates that Gojo is something else and he is the only one who can do what others can’t. Finally, he uses Infinite Void, a domain expansion of time, and space, to kill Jogo without wasting too much of his time.
Panda vs. Ultimate Mechamaru
The fight between Panda and, Ultimate Mechamaru is the best thing I’ve seen in the show. Panda’s transformation into Gorilla and Ultimate Mechamaru weapons are two things you simply can’t ignore. Panda uses his powers of three weak points and turns it to his own advantage. Ultimate Mechamaru uses a variety of weapons, guns, knives, and much more. This battle broke everything we know about the world of Curses. Both the fighters test their metal by going all out with everything they had. It’s hard to describe the right in the text, why don’t you check out yourself to see what these fighters are made of.
Let me know your favorite fights from Jujutsu Kaisen and don’t hesitate to comment. I will try to reply as soon as possible. Also, check out other articles too.
