The beloved anime series “Aharen-san wa Hakarenai” is set to delight fans with a new chapter, as the show gears up for its much-anticipated second season. Based on Asato Mizu’s charming romantic comedy manga, also known as “Aharen Is Indecipherable,” the Aharen-san wa Hakarenai season 2 has excited fans who have been eagerly awaiting more from this quirky and heartwarming story.
The second season of “Aharen-san wa Hakarenai,” or “Aharen Is Indecipherable Season 2,” will continue the whimsical journey of Reina Aharen and Raidō, portrayed by Inori Minase and Takuma Terashima, respectively.
Their unique friendship took off in the first season when Raidō’s simple act of picking up Aharen’s eraser led to a series of misunderstandings that solidified their bond most endearingly.
Aharen-san wa Hakarenai Season 2 Release Data and Production
Returning to lead the production team for Aharen-san wa Hakarenai season 2, Yasutaka Yamamoto, known for his work on “Servant × Service” and “Valkyria Chronicles,” will resume his role as chief director. Tomoe Makino, who directed “Woodpecker Detective’s Office,” will also be back at the helm at Felix Film.
Fans can expect the same high-quality scriptwriting from Takao Yoshioka, whose previous credits include “High School DxD” and “I’m Standing on 1,000,000 Lives.,” as well as contributions from Kotsukotsu and Masanao Akahoshi. Character design will once again be in the capable hands of Yūko Yahiro, who has worked on popular series like “Kaguya-sama: Love is War.”
The animation team will see Tomoko Iwasa return as a chief animation director, joined by Yumiko Ishii and Saori Yamamoto. The Aharen-san wa Hakarenai season 2 will be presented by the Chinese streaming service Bilibili, adding an international touch to its distribution.
The Artstyle of Aharen-san wa Hakarenai Season 2
The art direction will be managed by Kenichi Kurata, while Chiharu Tanaka will handle the color key artistry. Kazuya Iwai of Studio Shamrock will oversee compositing, with special effects provided by Minori Kimura, also from Studio Shamrock.
Editing will be managed by Kiyomi Yamada, with Abe Nobuyuki as the sound director. The musical score will be crafted by Satoru Kōsaki and Monaca.
The manga, which Mizu began serializing on Shonen Jump+ in January 2017 and concluded in April 2023, has captured the hearts of many with its lighthearted and engaging narrative.
The first season of “Aharen-san wa Hakarenai,” which aired in April 2022, was well-received, setting high expectations for the upcoming “season 2 of Aharen-san wa Hakarenai.”
With its return, “season 2 Aharen Is Indecipherable” promises to bring more of the endearing antics and heartfelt moments that have made the series a fan favorite.
